With seventeen years of loving Real Estate in the Winston-Salem area, Susan is passionate about her clients, family & redefining the homebuying and selling experience! Maier & Maier, now Susan Maier Colon began in 2006 as a partnership between brother and sister, Thomas and Susan. For over six years Maier & Maier became one of the most successful teams in the Triad. Thanks to the support, business and referrals of clients, friends and family, Maier & Maier earned recognition in the President's Circle for being in the top 3% of producers in the national Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Network from 2008-2011. Starting in 2012, Susan got married and began her own real estate venture as Susan Maier Colon. She and her husband, Raul, have since welcomed to their family Brayden (10), Leah (8) and Bennett (4).
