About Thomas

Born and raised in Winston-Salem, I've always felt deeply connected to this community and the people who make it such a special place to call home. My family's roots here run deep. My father started Sea Products, a local fish market in the West End that has served Winston-Salem families for generations, and growing up around a family business taught me the value of relationships, service, and being invested in your community.

After graduating from Appalachian State University, I earned my Master's degree in Spain and spent the next 16 years in education, teaching and building relationships with students and families in Spain, New York City, and right here in Winston-Salem at Forsyth Country Day School. Those experiences strengthened my communication skills to become fluent in Spanish and taught me the importance of listening, understanding people's needs, and guiding them through important life decisions—qualities that continue to shape the way I serve my clients today.

Real estate has always been part of my family's story. Both my grandmother and my aunt built successful careers in the industry, and I'm proud to continue that tradition while working alongside my aunt, Peggy Gheesling. Her experience, local knowledge, and commitment to exceptional service have been an incredible example, and I'm grateful to learn from someone who has spent decades helping people throughout the Triad.

Today, my wife and I are proud to call Ardmore home. Like so many others, we've fallen in love with the character, charm, and sense of community that make Winston-Salem unique.
